Refund policy

We want you to love your Zarado UK purchase. But if it’s not quite right, our return process is simple and stress-free.

You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and sent back with all packaging included. We never charge restocking fees—what you see is what you get, right down to our return policy.

To start a return, contact us at support@zarado.uk with your order number, and our team will guide you through the process. Return shipping cost is free for every order. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label once we accept your return.

We don't do direct exchanges. You have to return the old product and buy a new one if you want to exchange it.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may need a few extra days to complete the transfer.
